Call Center Planning and Optimization under Excel

This module provides the complete set of functions of AnswerWIN as Excel Plug-Ins (so-called Add-Ins). This way, you can use all Call Center Planning and Optimization functions anywhere in your own Excel spreadsheets, and you can create links between them.

The following PowerPoint presentation gives a quick overview of all the available functions, or also have a look at the AnswerWIN module.

Using AnswerXLS

After installing the Excel Plug-Ins once, you will find a new category of functions called "AnswerXLS" under menu option Insert/Function. It allows you to call all AnswerWIN functions from anywhere whithin your Excel spreadsheet.

After selecting the right function (e.g. "Service Level", "Lost Calls", "Occupation", etc.) you will be asked interactively to provide the function arguments (like number of expected calls, talktime, etc.). Here, you can either provide a fixed number, or you can link to a cell in your spreadsheet where the value can be found. Each function argument is also explained interactively.

Of course, you can also use the graphical framework of Excel with the new functions. This way, you can visualize all your results easily and flexibly. Here only one example:

In addition, we provide the set of Erlang C functions at no extra charge. However, we always recommend using AnswerXLS.
